Creating Positive Energy To Make Positive Change

“Misery loves company”. “Energy is transferable”. These are all things you’ve probably heard before, but never took heed to. As the new year kicks in, everyone makes resolutions on how to improve their lives. Whether it’s losing weight; eating better, being more punctual, and everyone’s favorite, getting a raise at their job. These goals, while they are attainable, they don’t complete the full change you need to make to be a better person. Internal changes, spirituality changes, and cleanses from toxins in life should be the primary goal in resolutions, and with this, those goals I mentioned earlier will be easier to attain and more rewarding at the end.

There are many facets and layers to creating positive energy. To start, considering your mental is half the battle, also recognizing which energy is good and which energy is bad. This calls for perspective of your life outside of your view. To you, it may not seem things in your life are troubling or for the simple fact you’re comfortable with this strife, but in the end it’s still negative energy that needs to be removed. A mentor, friend, or relative may help in this situation to see things from a different point of view, also to get you to see things through their eyes where it isn’t beneficial to have this thing and or person in your life.
Changing your thought process (positive thinking) might be the first step to achieve this goal. Also, understanding that doubt and disbelief will all come into play while you’re toying around in new territory. The challenge is keeping yourself on track no matter what distractions come your way. Getting rid of certain energies can make it easier to spot what other changes needed to be made. Learning how to deal with things efficiently will help you keep a leveled head facing obstacles and staying the course will not only get you through such negative stages, but will make for a better story once you reach your goal.

Self-awareness and honesty plays a big role in these internal changes. Analyzing life around you and the things that you feel may cause harm to you or others. Being honest with yourself and realizing, although at times they bring joy, it is necessary to remove or cut down from your life. For example, I have a friend who’s family voted for Donald Trump. Over the holidays he felt uncomfortable going home because he knew that there was an obvious issue with things his family co-signed with. We had a discussion about should he or should he not go; and although they are family, he couldn’t stomach being in the presence of people who he wouldn’t communicate with if they didn't share the same blood. My advice to him was depending on the severity, and for the sake of the work he put toward positive energy in his life, he shouldn’t go to his families or limit the time he is there. Difficult decisions will have to be made in order to protect your peace and create positive energy.
“You have to communicate that there is a step in life you have to take to elevate things and bring a positive change that the person can’t deliver.”With such an internal goal, actions to improve positive energy tend come to others as selfish, self-centered, and oblivious to others wants and needs. This is where communication comes into play. Making sure the person understands where you are coming from is essential to it becoming an easier experience, rather than causing more drama. You have to communicate that there is a step in life you have to take to elevate things and bring a positive change that the person can’t deliver. While this can be difficult depending on the circumstance, it is very necessary for both parties to continue on their own path to a positive change.
Aligning your wants and needs can help change the thought process to want positive change. For instance, if you’re on a diet, you’d want to be able to eat whatever you want and still lose weight. In that example, your needs and wants aren’t aligned and that causes obstacles in your path. Making sure those are aligned will ease transitioning new habits and tendencies into your life for the ultimate goal.
The most important part in this is to never give up. Staying the course no matter what comes your way should be the focal point of it all. It might be easier for some and harder for others but not giving up is the easiest way to achieve your goal. In the end, drink more water, think positive, and in the words of DJ Khaled stay far away from “THEY”.

We always get attracted by various energies. These energies affect how we sense and what we accomplish in our life. There are some energies which are highly powerful. Likewise, some energies are there which are quite effortless to recognize. From my slant, the thing that invokes a spark inside a person is called as energy. Basically, energy comes to a person in non-identical facets. It can be positive and negative. You need to create positive energy so that you can lay the foundation for idealism- https://www.reginafasold.com/blog/simple-ways-to-bring-positivity-into-your-life/ .
